Kris is from the state of Florida and has grown up in the construction industry his whole life. He’s built and ran multiple construction companies outside of Edge Water Development Group before moving out on his own. His understanding of quality and customer service comes from years of experience he gathered from working out in the field with clients.

He understands the complexity of building quality over quantity and the discipline that it takes to deliver for his clients. Kris also carries the certified general contractors license for his companies as well in the state of Florida.

Jeff was born and raised on Florida’s west coast with strong family and community ties. His passion for construction that runs 3 generations deep. While employed in the industry he has received both his Undergrad and Graduate degrees from FGCU.

He is business educated with over 20 years’ construction experience and expertise within the industry. Jeff holds a Certified Residential Contractor license in the state of Florida.

His knowledge of all aspects of the home building process helps to turn clients dreams into reality.
