He’s built and ran multiple construction companies outside of Edge Water Custom Builders before moving out on his own. His understanding of quality and customer service comes from years of experience he gathered from working out in the field with clients.

Jeff was born and raised on Florida’s west coast with strong family and community ties. His passion for construction that runs 3 generations deep. While employed in the industry he has received both his Undergrad and Graduate degrees from FGCU.

Christopher Cartee Director Of Construction

Christopher has been a SWFL resident for over 20 years. Along with bringing 20 plus years of construction and architectural experience, he values a strong family and community involvement. SWFL became his home after he graduated from the University of Southern Miss with honor degrees in both Construction and Architectural Engineering.
